Join a key partner team for a 12-month B2B freelance engagement starting on 1st January 2027. This 100% remote role requires fluent written and spoken English and focuses on advanced document and output management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of XSL-based templates using Doxee for responsive HTML emails, PDFs for digital processing and print production, and SMS messaging.
• Implementation of modular templates with reusable components in accordance with business requirements and in compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinating with project members regarding template structure, variable logic, and implementation specifications.
• Contributing to the design of data structures and assisting in the development of business requirements.
• Integrating structured data sources (XML).
• Deployment of templates via standardised deployment processes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Documentation of template structure, logic, placeholders, and dependencies.

Required Experience

• 4+ years in document or output management template development experience.
• Hands-on Doxee experience.
• Strong XSL/XSLT and XML experience.
• Experience in delivering templates.
