Senior Project Planner

Join a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients across the chemical and biotechnology sectors. This 12-month contract role, with possibilities of extension, offers the chance to contribute to meaningful opportunities within a specialized Life Sciences environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and update integrated project schedules while building and managing resource-loaded plans.
• Track progress against approved baselines, analyze variances, and document scope changes and delays.
• Create progress reports, performance metrics, and dashboards for technical, engineering, procurement, and construction stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
• At least 12 years in project planning/scheduling for large-scale pharma, biotech, or chemical CAPEX projects.
• Proven track record managing high-valued projects across an EPCM environment (design to start-up).
• Advanced Primavera P6, solid MS Project, advanced MS Excel, and deep knowledge of project control methodologies.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management, or Project Management.
• Business fluent English (required); German (preferred).
