Senior Product Manager Spine

Overview

With a comprehensive portfolio addressing 19 different spine diseases, the Swiss market is instrumental in enhancing surgical outcomes for healthcare practitioners and their patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a range of Spine product brands, technologies, and services, ensuring achievement of business goals.
• Act as the product owner and expert for assigned products within Switzerland.
• Conduct ongoing market and performance analysis to proactively manage product life cycles.
• Enhance profitability through effective product mix management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive intelligence.
• Identify and leverage new business opportunities within the product and service segment.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions and marketing efforts.
• Support sales teams and customers with presentations, clinical support, and tailored training.
• Foster relationships with clinical key opinion leaders and stakeholders to align business opportunities with market needs.
• Coordinate participation in relevant congresses, marketing events, and professional education activities.
• Partner with national and international teams across functions to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales or marketing within the medical devices sector.
• Experience in the Spine and/or Enabling Technology industries is preferred.
• Fluency in English and German; French and Italian skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, with a valid driver’s license.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Collaborative team player adept in matrix environments with strong relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
