Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) activities across multiple SMG brands, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth.
- Own Google Ads best practices and contribute to other performance marketing channels such as Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display as required.
- Act as a strategic consultant for Business Units, advising on performance marketing best practices tailored to their specific business models, including conversion strategy and campaign structure.
- Streamline operational workflows by managing incoming requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with Data teams for accurate execution.
- Drive performance with a data-driven mindset, establishing structured testing frameworks to identify optimization opportunities and unlock new growth levers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, workflows, and ways of working across teams.
Qualifications
- Native German speaker and fluent in English.
- 9+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, specifically in Paid Search (SEA) with a successful track record in managing Google Ads campaigns in multi-brand environments.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical (data/analytics) and marketing teams, translating business needs into actionable implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform tools including SA360, DV360, and CM360.
- Strong analytical and technical skillset, with practical experience in GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience in feed management and Google Shopping, capable of leveraging product data as a performance driver.
- Strong operational and project management skills, adept at coordinating workflows and ensuring delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
