Your Role in Our Mission

Become an integral part of our multidisciplinary engineering team, where you will have the opportunity to design and develop advanced launcher structures for future payloads. Your expertise will shine in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. As part of your journey, you will:

• Lead and coordinate technical activities within your specialized field, undertaking high-complexity tasks independently.
• Serve as the local technical authority on metallic materials and surface treatments, providing essential support throughout product development.
• Engage proactively with various engineering fields and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and products to meet customer demands regarding quality and cost.
• Create and revise technical documentation and specifications tailored to specific product and mission requirements.
• Utilize project management techniques to achieve technical, budgetary, and scheduling objectives.
• Manage work packages and tasks, maintaining responsibility for their successful completion.
• Participate in the Non-Conformance Review Board to propose technical solutions and execute risk management strategies.
• Play a key role in the recruitment process within your technical domain while ensuring skill development and standardization.
• Mentor junior engineers and others, providing guidance and reviewing their outputs.
• Share insights on new products, processes, and technologies with engineering leadership.

Your Qualifications

• A Master's degree or PhD in Material Science, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• At least 10 years of technical experience in the relevant field.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Metallic materials and processes, surface treatments, and adhesive bonding.
  • Special processes such as Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI).
  • Qualification, certification, and validation of materials and processes.
• Additional knowledge in composites, particularly carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) and non-metallic materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Additional Preferences

• Experience in the space or aerospace sectors.
• Familiarity with the space industry and market trends.
• Project management proficiency.
