Location and Work Pattern
Based in Lausanne, Geneva, or Zurich, with a flexible work pattern ranging from 80% to 100%.
Key Responsibilities
Join our team and assist clients in navigating complex global challenges by:
- Providing tax technology advisory and implementation services focused on direct tax processes.
- Working collaboratively on global engagements with international organizations to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Addressing challenges related to tax accounting, GloBE (Pillar 2), and direct tax compliance, enabling clients to adapt to the evolving tax landscape.
- Developing best-practice solutions and implementing effective processes to meet GloBE requirements.
- Showcasing expertise in Deloitte’s Pillar Two Agent through client demonstrations tailored to specific needs.
- Training team members in live software demonstrations and maintaining engagement with clients' evolving requirements.
- Managing international teams to efficiently implement tax technology while addressing client demands.
- Advising on strategies to enhance tax functions and risk management.
- Supporting clients in their digital transformation and staying informed on technological advancements in tax.
Desired Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong experience in data transformation, including ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Proficient in developing tax technology solutions, with a focus on adapting to client-specific requirements.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Alteryx, Excel VBA, and Power Query, alongside programming skills in Python or SQL.
- Experience in presenting to clients and engaging in technical discussions concerning global tax tools.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, with additional knowledge of German or French considered a plus.
