Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax technology advisory and implementation services for global engagements within a growing business tax team.
• Focus on technology addressing direct tax process challenges, including tax accounting and compliance under BEPS 2.0 / Pillar 2 (“GloBE”).
• Develop, analyze, and implement best-practice solutions to assist clients in navigating the global tax landscape.
• Demonstrate expertise with Deloitte’s Pillar Two Agent to align with client-specific needs.
• Conduct client demonstrations of tax technology tools and facilitate team training for live software presentations.
• Coordinate and supervise international teams to ensure successful implementation of tax technology solutions.
• Advise clients on improving their operating strategies in tax functions and risk management.
• Support teams in embracing digital transformations and trending tax innovations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data transformation, including ETL processes and API development.
• Experience in client presentations and leading technical discussions on global tax tools.
• Familiarity with building tax technology solutions and managing client requirements.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Alteryx, Excel VBA, and programming in Python or SQL for large data sets.
• Experience in supporting bids and proposals as part of client advisory engagements.
• Agile, Lean, or Scrum experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is advantageous but not mandatory.
