About Our Actuarial Team
Our Actuarial team delivers comprehensive support across various sectors, including life, non-life, health insurance, reinsurance, and pension funds. Collaboration is a key aspect of our work, as we frequently engage with Audit & Assurance and other lines of service such as Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Technology & Transformation on significant projects.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this dynamic position, you will become a vital part of a skilled project team, assuming key responsibilities from day one.
- Act as the primary contact for pension-related topics within Switzerland.
- Lead diverse client projects, including M&A transactions, audits for pension funds, and valuations.
- Oversee project lifecycles, from proposals and contracting to delivery and invoicing.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities and generating new business with both internal and external clients.
- Participate in and lead thought leadership initiatives.
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and promotions.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- A university degree in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Qualification as an actuary “Actuary SAA” or equivalent.
- Experience in an actuarial position, either in the insurance industry or in consulting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong desire to learn and positively impact, complemented by the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Fluent communication skills in both German and English, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- A proven track record in business development.
