Key Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Data Architecture Design: Collaborate with clients to modernize complex system landscapes by integrating solutions like MDM, CRM, ERP, and Cloud DWH.
• Cloud Data Platform Design & Implementation: Develop scalable Cloud data platforms, focusing on data modeling, integration, transformation pipelines, and operational efficiency.
• Architect Integrated Solutions: Design and build the necessary integrations for effective business process management and data product delivery.
• Market Positioning: Enhance the firm's visibility through participation in industry events and discussions with clients and partners.
• Internal Development: Mentor junior team members and guide the strategic development of expertise within Switzerland and offshore teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data architecture with hands-on cloud-based ecosystem implementation.
• Engineering background with experience in platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Familiarity with coding standards and quality assessment tools such as SonarQube.
• Knowledge across various database types, including relational, NoSQL, and graph models.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code solutions like Terraform is an advantage.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in data modeling methods, with qualifications from DAMA, TOGAF, or similar organizations.
• Hands-on experience in designing major cloud platforms and architectures, with expertise in technologies like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Ability to create and articulate architecture blueprints and solution documentation.
• Knowledge in data integration, ETL processes, and metadata management is desired.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German and/or French is preferred.
