Position Overview

This role is integral to providing support for all commercial operations and involves working closely with various departments to ensure optimal functioning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver legal guidance to Commercial Operations, including Market Access, Business Management, Marketing, and International Alliance Management.
- Provide comprehensive legal support on all commercial matters for the Tillotts Group.
- Draft and negotiate marketing and distribution agreements for products marketed in countries without a subsidiary, ensuring a smooth process for product repatriation.
- Support affiliates in interactions with authorities, payers, associations, and other stakeholders.
- Independently manage all legal aspects related to the sale of products by subsidiaries, including negotiating agreements with wholesalers, hospitals, and other customers.
- Oversee disputes and litigations connected to commercial concerns.
- Assist managing directors of affiliates in decision-making through clear risk assessments.
- Represent the Legal team in the Project Steering Committee Commercial, overseeing all commercial projects.
- Support the General Counsel and team on various legal matters.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Law and admission to the Swiss or a European bar.
- 7-10 years of experience in providing legal support in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Highly motivated with a strong performance-related focus.
- Independent and proactive approach, combined with effective teamwork capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to navigate a fast-paced working environment with agility and flexibility.
- High efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
