About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the production of impactful global campaigns for a renowned sportswear brand. This role involves overseeing creative execution across various media, collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and external partners to produce compelling content that resonates with audiences and drives results.
As a key figure within the global Brand Creative team, you will guide large-scale campaigns from inception to completion while mentoring a diverse team of producers. Your expertise in managing intricate, cross-functional shoots will be vital, demonstrating calm confidence, strategic foresight, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the entire production process of global campaigns, handling budgeting, timelines, delivery, and project wrap-up.
- Lead and mentor an in-house and freelance team of producers across multiple campaign tracks.
- Transform creative concepts into efficient and scalable production plans in collaboration with creative and strategy teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate production partners, including casting agents, choreographers, directors, photographers, and sound teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, media, e-commerce, and retail teams to ensure alignment of production deliverables across various channels.
- Guide productions featuring top-tier talent, such as professional athletes and influencers, maintaining professionalism and excellence throughout.
- Navigate international union and industry standards, ensuring compliance across global markets.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing timelines, workflows, and maintaining cost control effectively.
- Guarantee all assets are delivered on time, within budget, and consistent with brand standards.
- Promote inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation at every stage of the production process.
Who You Are
- A confident production leader with over 10 years of experience in global campaign, content, or commercial production across brands, agencies, or production companies.
- Fluent in the full production lifecycle, from early creative development to post-production and toolkit delivery in multiple formats.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns with budgets exceeding $5 million, coordinating multiple work streams and creative teams.
- Experienced in collaborating with A-list celebrities and high-profile athletes, understanding the specific production needs and protocols for such engagements.
- Possesses global production experience and knowledge of union standards such as SAG-AFTRA and APA (UK), adept at navigating these complexities in international shoots.
- Deeply knowledgeable in sports and fashion production, including movement direction and styling.
- A strategic partner to creative, marketing management, and media teams, translating innovative concepts into tangible results.
