Senior Lead - Golf Footwear Product Management

Role Overview

This position demands an end-to-end commitment to the golf footwear product line, encompassing everything from initial briefings and market insights to color stories and sales handoff. The role requires strategic collaboration across apparel, accessories, and other key verticals that are essential to the product line's success. Reporting to the Head of PM Tennis & Golf on the Global Product Strategy team, this individual will drive the creation of a truly global product line that resonates across all regions.

• Deliver world-class briefing expertise that integrates product vision and business acumen, effectively communicating with both creative and analytical cross-functional team members.
• Demonstrate a high affinity for creative storytelling and creating products for high-performing athletes.
• Present ideas clearly and concisely to cross-functional leadership, field teams, and sales.
• Apply a keen, industry-defining product eye to every detail, ensuring experience, value, and innovation are realized through the consumer's perspective.
• Operate with excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and passionate product environment, prioritizing tasks while upholding the greater footwear strategy.

Your Story

• Possess a deep understanding of the game of golf and the golf footwear marketplace.
• Bring deep experience as a footwear product manager, including the creation of long-range product plans that outline opportunity size, target consumer, experience, and sky investment.
• Welcome collective feedback from the cross-functional leadership team.
• Lead cross-functional teams with decisive precision while fostering an inclusive, open environment that values recommendations and suggested actions.
