Overview
We invite a dedicated and visionary individual to oversee the implementation of a cutting-edge visual merchandising tool, ensuring seamless integration into our Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing key assortment visualization capabilities, implementing a dedicated digital platform, and continuously improving tools to support an evolving GTM engine. The goal is to increase visibility, accuracy, and consistency in decision-making across various functions such as design, merchandising, visual merchandising, sales, marketing, and retail activities.
Team Environment
The Digital GTM Transformation team operates within the Commercial Operations organization. We lead initiatives that enhance and scale GTM processes through the implementation of digital tools, aiming for efficiency and connectedness. Collaboration with teams across Commercial Operations, Commercial Strategy, Product, and Technology is key to our success.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and evolution of the visual merchandising platform to achieve seasonal and long-term excellence.
- Translate cross-functional business priorities into scalable platform capabilities, ensuring alignment across various functions.
- Develop immersive virtual environments utilizing 3D assets for enhanced product storytelling, planning, and buyer engagement.
- Drive the integration strategy with essential systems, ensuring data consistency and automation across the merchandising tech stack.
- Lead change management initiatives across global and regional teams to foster adoption and process alignment.
- Act as the primary liaison with engineering, IT, and external partners, ensuring agile and scalable delivery of the platform roadmap.
- Embed the platform within the end-to-end GTM process, collaborating with stakeholders to streamline operations.
- Champion a user-centric approach by institutionalizing feedback loops and ensuring optimal tool performance.
- Define success metrics and track the impact of alignment, decision-making, and sell-in effectiveness across omnichannel efforts.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in visual merchandising or retail tech solutions.
- Familiarity with 3D assets and tools, with the ability to independently create or modify store layouts.
- Skills in shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, connecting vision with day-to-day delivery.
- Technical understanding of AV/VR technologies, data structures, system integrations, and software implementation.
- Proven project management skills with a track record of managing complex implementations.
- Collaboration skills across business teams and engineering, alongside excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset capable of translating business challenges into actionable product requirements.
- Experience in driving behavioral change within large, decentralized organizations.
- Familiarity with the sports or fashion industries is advantageous.
