Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern web applications and design systems for our AI-driven SaaS products.
• Emphasize front-end development (approx. 60%) with a commitment to user experience, performance, and code quality.
• Execute the technical implementation of features in collaboration with the backend team utilizing Python and FastAPI.
• Contribute to the shaping of architecture, coding standards, and development guidelines within the frontend team.
• Coordinate closely with design, product, and data science teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Support the ongoing development of internal tools, component libraries, and build processes.

Desired Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a full-stack or frontend engineer with a specialization in React, TypeScript, and Next.js at a senior level.
• Proficient backend knowledge in Python (FastAPI) or similar frameworks.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Python (FastAPI) and modern API architectures.
• Experience with complex frontend infrastructures, including monorepos and CI/CD systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Work Environment

We offer a permanent full-time role based in Zurich (Sihlcity), with a flexible start date by agreement. Our modern work environment includes the option for home office on Fridays, fostering a balance between professional and personal commitments.
