Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the financial team, you will engage in various responsibilities aimed at delivering precise financial insights and reports:

• Apply accounting principles to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive internal and external financial reports.
• Prepare and consolidate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and accompanying financial notes.
• Leverage data analytics tools to automate workflows, optimize reporting processes, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Adopt a continuous improvement mindset to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate or contribute to complex accounting projects and initiatives across various functions.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Qualified candidates will possess the following expertise and qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, or audits.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards (e.g., US GAAP, Swiss GAAP).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Proven ability to prepare and consolidate financial statements, perform financial analysis, and support audits and tax compliance.
• A continuous improvement mindset with experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
