Your Impact

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will serve as an expert in employment law and collaborate closely with specialists from various disciplines within Deloitte. This collaboration will enable you to provide holistic and practical solutions to our clients, both in response to specific queries and as a key contributor to multidisciplinary and international restructuring projects.

• Take an active role in shaping and leading the development of our employment law offering.
• Advise clients on various employment law matters, including global mobility, workforce transformation, and compensation & benefits.
• Support domestic and cross-border M&A projects and corporate restructurings, focusing on employment law issues.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, conduct legal research, and assist clients in strategic employment-related matters.

Desired Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Swiss law and admission to the bar in Switzerland.
• 2-4 years of relevant post-bar exam experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm or legal department of an international company.
• The ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues across different service lines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work, with motivation to build client relationships and take ownership of projects.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
