Senior Consultant - Valuation and Modelling

Opportunity Overview

Join a dynamic team in Geneva or Zurich focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of client operations. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to support finance and corporate leaders in making strategic investment decisions, analyzing enterprise performance, and developing financial business plans.

Your Impact

As part of a specialized Valuation & Modeling practice, you will:

• Collaborate with a team of experts across finance, capital markets, corporate development, and strategy.
• Lead diverse projects across various industries, tackling challenges from business valuation to financial modeling.
• Assess and evaluate client financial challenges, proposing solutions through quantitative analysis and strategic planning.
• Support valuations for mergers, acquisitions, and financial reporting.
• Conduct in-depth market research and prepare financial analyses using a variety of databases and information sources.
• Develop structured financial models in Excel to analyze forecasts and aid decision-making.
• Communicate insights and findings effectively through presentations and reports.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Curious, committed, and able to learn quickly, demonstrating great attention to detail and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Possessing 3-5 years of relevant experience in valuation and corporate finance, particularly in consulting, private equity, or corporate planning.
• A CFA charterholder or currently pursuing the CFA designation.
• Experienced in building complex financial models, with a solid understanding of valuation and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with fluency in English and German; additional French skills are a plus.
