Your Impact

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of supply chain planning, encompassing Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Forecasting.
• Implement innovative, technology-driven solutions that revolutionize client operations.
• Support clients in cultivating robust processes and governance, alongside facilitating Advanced Planning Systems assessments and implementations.
• Advise diverse organizations on capacity planning, product launch strategies, and materials management.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals, and documentation that further client engagements and business growth.
• Manage projects with autonomy, collaborating within a small, agile team.
• Explore your interests deeply, conducting research or engaging with clients on topics that inspire you.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Planning team to develop innovative solutions and ideas for ongoing projects.
• Experience a blend of office collaboration and on-site engagement with clients, enhancing your understanding of their challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A seasoned professional with experience in supply chain, operations, planning, or digital transformation, preferably with at least 2 years in management consulting.
• Strong grasp of Supply Chain Planning disciplines, including Integrated Business Planning and Inventory Optimisation.
• Prior exposure to APS implementation is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Materials Management and Product Launch Planning is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI applications within supply chains or operations is beneficial.
• Capable of owning workstreams, managing stakeholders, and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Proactive and confident in contributing as a senior resource on projects.
• A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable in an international working environment with potential travel.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as French or German is a bonus.
• Certifications like APICS or other Supply Chain credentials are advantageous.
