• Collaborate with top technology executives to turn visions into operational IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, leveraging your skills in digital/IT infrastructure, project management, and interpersonal interactions.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience, along with our international network of experts, to provide guidance on IT infrastructure development that aligns with client needs.
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, coordinating teams with diverse areas of expertise.
• Act as a vital link between business and IT to foster meaningful change for clients.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek individuals who possess a strong foundation in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, complemented by experience in managing IT infrastructure and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

• Robust analytical capabilities with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in written and verbal forms.
• A proactive attitude towards ownership and challenges, with a keen interest in IT infrastructure and the latest technology trends.
• Fluency in English, with a willingness to travel within Switzerland; knowledge of German and/or French is advantageous.
• Previous management consulting experience is a plus.
