Join our dynamic team of Technology Strategy & Transformation specialists, where you will guide international clients in leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance their business operations. Your expertise in IT infrastructure will play a crucial role in shaping IT strategy, operating models, and system implementations that drive value and performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with top technology executives to convert their visions into actionable IT solutions.
• Lead and support large-scale transformational projects, applying your expertise in digital/IT infrastructure and project management.
• Utilize our international network of experts to advise on the development of tailored IT infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, coordinating teams across diverse areas of expertise.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT to create significant changes and drive client success.

Candidate Profile

• A graduate in (business) informatics, business administration, or economics, with a proven track record in managing small engagements or segments of larger projects in IT Infrastructure and IT Transformations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• A proactive approach to ownership and challenges, coupled with a keen interest in keeping abreast of industry trends in IT infrastructure.
• Fluency in English is required; willingness to travel (primarily within Switzerland) is essential. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Experience as a management consultant is advantageous.
