Role Overview

Your role will involve advising and implementing innovative cloud technology solutions across various industries. You will assist clients in transforming their HR functions by digitalising their environments with cutting-edge technologies like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow HR. By leveraging these tools, you will enhance both employee experience and HR efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the transformation of their HR functions using digital solutions.
• Utilise your expertise in cloud technology to deliver projects independently and ensure quality.
• Align HR and technological drivers with business objectives to develop effective action plans.
• Perform quality assurance and offer strategic advice on HR IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Seize opportunities to specialise and gain certifications in leading HR technology platforms.

Profile of Ideal Candidates

• Experience in shaping digital HR strategies and implementing HR cloud technologies.
• Possession of certifications in HR cloud technologies, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Relevant experience in Workday or HR processes, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• A university degree in HR, Business, or IT with outstanding academic results.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
• Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.
