What You Can Expect

• Become part of Business Consulting Finance, collaborating within a young and diverse team focused on Corporate Transformation, Digital Finance, and Global Business Services.
• Support the execution of transformation programs, spanning from strategy development to operational implementation.
• Participate in designing finance operating models, finance processes, and next-generation digital finance capabilities.
• Contribute to project success using state-of-the-art project management methods.
• Engage in international, cross-functional projects, such as global business transformations or process roll-outs.
• Prepare benchmark analyses to optimize group structures, evaluate operating models, and assess governance structures.
• Utilize daily consulting insights to enhance approaches and support professional publications and presentations.

What You Can Contribute

• A degree in a business-related field with outstanding academic performance.
• Practical experience from internships or roles in finance or consulting.
• An understanding of the CFO function within organizations.
• Experience in GBS/SSC, Financial Planning & Analysis, Reporting, Cost Accounting, or Financial Performance Management is advantageous.
• High motivation and eagerness to grow in a mentor-oriented corporate culture with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of inclusive environments.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven analytical skills and basic knowledge of business metrics.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with a keen interest in modern tools like MURAL or Power BI.
• A willingness to travel.
