Your Role

We are seeking a professional who will enhance our internal and external communication ecosystem, strengthen our brand presence, and execute targeted campaigns that foster employee engagement, attract talent, elevate customer experience, and support sales initiatives. You will also play a pivotal role in championing our Safety and Quality communications while assisting with crisis communications as necessary.

Your Tasks

  • Own and continuously improve all internal and external communications channels and the overarching content plan; develop and implement concepts and campaigns that drive engagement, recruitment, customer experience, and sales.
  • Lead brand management across the organization, ensuring adherence to guidelines, templates, and designs; advise senior leaders on effective brand use and storytelling for news, press materials, and collateral.
  • Manage marketing and communications projects that enhance brand awareness; collaborate with agencies to produce visuals, graphics, and video assets.
  • Oversee and optimize all channels including the website, blog, social media, employee magazine, intranet, and local internal events with HR; analyze performance, identify trends, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive Safety Culture by ensuring effective communication of the Safety and Quality Policy and full implementation of SMS duties as per the SMS Manual.
  • Support crisis communication initiatives and coordinate team tasks as needed.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in marketing and communications, demonstrating a proven track record in effective employee communications and engaging campaigns.
  • Native-level Swiss German and excellent English (C1+); effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong internal communications expertise; experience engaging production staff is preferable.
  • High affinity for brand management, social media, and digital tools; advanced MS Office skills; video editing capabilities are advantageous.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the versatility to adapt content for multiple channels and diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
