We are committed to developing high-performance, renewable functional ingredients aimed at replacing petroleum-based additives and materials in various applications including cosmetics, adhesives, and advanced composites.
Core Responsibilities
- Revenue Ownership & Business Development: Drive early commercial success and be accountable for generating revenue through collaborations with cosmetic and adhesive manufacturers and ingredient distributors.
- Technical Sales & Customer Interface: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating coordination between clients and internal technical experts.
- Market, Pricing & Value Proposition Development: Utilize in-depth market knowledge to position our ingredients competitively against existing solutions.
Key Qualifications
- A higher degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field; business backgrounds with technical exposure are welcome.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, procurement, or key account management within the relevant industries.
- A proven track record in closing contracts and generating B2B revenue.
- Strong existing network within the industry, alongside excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.

Location and Work Conditions
