Your Impact

We seek a professional who possesses a unique blend of software engineering expertise and practical experience in Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will effectively apply modern AI capabilities, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), to deliver real-world products. This role emphasizes a hands-on engineering approach, where the successful applicant will construct, experiment, and deliver production-ready software while facilitating the strategic integration of AI across various products and teams.

Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI
• 5+ years of experience in software development and AI/Machine Learning
• Technical proficiency in programming languages (C#, Python, TypeScript, Java, Go)
• Hands-on experience with large language models, AI APIs, and integration
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders
• A mindset oriented towards mentoring and coaching
• A curious attitude with a desire for continuous learning
• Proficiency in English (C1), and German (B2) is a plus, both written and spoken
