Role Mission
Join the Finance Team at FKG Dentaire and take charge of all general accounting operations up to the balance sheet. You will ensure the reliability of the company's accounts and compliance with accounting and tax legislation.
Your Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping (in multiple currencies) in accordance with accounting, tax, and social rules, leading to the presentation of balance sheets and other legal declarations.
- Management of cash flow and forecasting.
- Accounting of banks and follow-up of customer balances.
- Closing of accounts and reconciliation of the balance sheet.
- Preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns (IA, VAT, Taxes, etc.).
- Management of fixed assets and investments.
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- Preparation of internal and external audits.
- Maintenance of internal financial controls.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects.
- Payroll reconciliation and processing of payroll payouts when needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.
- Auditing experience is a plus.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss & US GAAP.
- Strong knowledge of an ERP system (experience with Microsoft Business Central is an asset) and proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- A sense of discretion and confidentiality.

- Strong proposal and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills.
