Role Mission

In the context of our operations at FKG Dentaire, you will carry out all general accounting tasks up to the balance sheet, ensuring the reliability of the company's accounts and compliance with accounting and tax legislation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping in multiple currencies according to accounting, tax, and social regulations, including the input of accounting documents and the preparation of balance sheets and other legal declarations.
  • Management of cash flow and forecasting.
  • Accounting of banks and monitoring of customer balances.
  • Closing of accounts and reconciliation of the balance sheet.
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns (IA, VAT, Taxes, etc.).
  • Management of fixed assets and investments.
  • Preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Maintenance of internal financial controls.
  • Execution of continuous improvement projects.
  • Payroll reconciliation and processing when needed.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
  • Auditing experience is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss & US GAAP.
  • Strong familiarity with an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central is an asset) and proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A sense of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Qualities of rigor, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong proposal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills.
