SCRUM Master

Lead Agile Delivery for Network Security Initiatives

Support an international client in a critical Network Detection and Response project, beginning with the assessment phase. Drive daily project activities, provide status updates, and manage the progress and completion of the plan to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for five different project streams
• Support the customer in adopting agile modes within services
• Set up quarterly project sprint plans
• Plan and execute sprints on a two-week cycle
• Streamline processes and push for operational efficiency
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in current delivery frameworks
• Proactively manage communication with internal teams, clients, and external vendors, resolving blockers and escalating risks as needed
• Drive agile transformation across the business
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively

Required Qualifications

• Strong project experience as a Scrum Master
• Long-term project experience with agile methodology
• Project experience in Infrastructure, Network, and/or Security projects
• Proficiency with JIRA
• Project experience with a "product release approach" or product development
• Project experience in international projects for European businesses
• Fluency in English

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the manufacturing industry

Role Details

• Start date: October
• Duration: 3 months with an option to extend
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Remote, with candidates from Eastern Europe preferred
• Travel: Limited travel to Germany or Poland may be required once per quarter
