Your Profile

If you have a passion for delivering high-quality nursing care and promoting health among students, we invite you to join our dedicated team at Collège Beau Soleil. In your role, you will contribute significantly to the well-being of our students through clinically effective nursing care and proactive health promotion initiatives.

Collaboration is key in this position, requiring strong communication with parents, carers, and various school services to monitor and support pupil health. Attention to detail and adherence to established procedures are essential.

We offer an 80% contract with flexible working hours from Monday to Sunday, typically between 8am and 10pm, allowing for a great work-life balance with approximately 50 days' holiday annually. Fluency in French and English, along with a minimum of three years of nursing experience, is required to excel in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid and medical care to students in line with school policies.
  • Work with parents, teachers, and school departments to create individualized care plans for students with specific health needs.
  • Participate in health promotion initiatives through the school's welfare program.
  • Ensure prompt communication among all caregivers for efficient student care.
  • Maintain all medical facilities and supplies in accordance with requirements.
  • Document all treatments and supplies used diligently.
  • Enhance professional knowledge, staying updated on relevant clinical issues.

Education and Professional Qualifications

  • HES Diploma in Nursing or equivalent, recognized by the Swiss Government.
  • Fluency in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Proficiency with informatics tools and technologies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
  • Experience in a school environment is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in response to diverse situations.
  • Reliable, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills for time and priorities management.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, contributing positively to our community.

Start Date

The proposed start date is from October 2025, or as mutually agreed.
