SAP SD Functional Support Specialist

Join a key partner organization for a six-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension. This role requires an immediate start and follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week on-site in Madrid, Spain. You will operate within an international environment, working closely with key users to support daily SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and 3 functional support within the SAP SD area to assist business users in resolving issues related to the Order-to-Cash process.
• Conduct incident analysis and resolution, including comprehensive troubleshooting within SAP SD.
• Manage ticket follow-up and coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Perform SAP SD configuration and customizing activities.
• Participate in functional testing and change validation processes.
• Collaborate with other logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Create and maintain functional documentation.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Proven experience providing Level 2 and 3 SAP SD support.
• Experience with incident analysis and troubleshooting within SAP SD.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and customizing.
• Experience supporting business users and managing support tickets.
• Functional testing and change validation experience.
• Strong functional documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with three days onsite in Madrid.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to take on a broad range of tasks.

• Knowledge of SAP MM.
• Knowledge of SAP LE.
• Knowledge of SAP WM/EWM.
• Experience in the consumer goods or food industry.
• Experience working in international environments.
• Basic understanding of SAP FI integration.
