Key Responsibilities
- Systematic planning and organization of field activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with doctors, operating room personnel, buyers, and other decision-makers.
- Providing comprehensive sales and product consulting in spinal orthopedics and neurosurgery.
- Strengthening existing product lines and introducing innovative products.
- Organizing and conducting training events (workshops, customer training) for medical professionals.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets related to market penetration and revenue.
- Representing the business unit at trade fairs and conferences.
- Developing and implementing sales and action plans in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Your working environment is the operating room.

- Preferably, experience in sales within the MedTech/Healthcare field or specific product knowledge in Biosurgery.
- A self-directed and structured working style combined with a team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages are advantageous).
