Key Responsibilities

• Sales Management - Boost Sales
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients and creating excitement around our products.
  • Support customer service efforts by providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Engage with customers to assist them, ensuring satisfaction by building confidence and sharing product knowledge.
• Setting the Scene for the Brand
  • Possess a good understanding of the brand and its values to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain an orderly and welcoming sales floor, supporting visual merchandising to ensure visual appeal.
• Leading & Organising the Store
  • Assist with inventory management, including the receiving and checking of new stock.
  • Support with repairs, change of straps, and batteries, while managing cash register operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with store systems to handle transactions and manage daily operations.
  • Balance time effectively between customer service and operational duties.

Professional Requirements

• Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Retail or sales experience, ideally in fast-moving goods or the watch industry.
• Skills (mandatory)
  • Clear communication with customers, team, and hierarchy.
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and present technical details.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.

Languages
