Role Overview
This position is field-based and focuses on leading the sales and marketing strategy for Rare Neurological Diseases throughout Switzerland. The individual will engage deeply with patient needs and market demands, identifying new business opportunities while striving to enhance healthcare delivery and patient access.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strategic roadmap for Rare Neurological Diseases in Switzerland, translating insights into actionable account strategies and measurable business objectives.
- Drive product promotion and sales across designated accounts to meet broader performance targets.
- Create and execute dedicated Key Account Management plans while aligning with account objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, including competitive intelligence, to strengthen relationships with key accounts and drive healthcare initiatives.
- Lead the development of marketing strategies and tactical plans, assessing future potential for key value-adding programs.
- Foster collaboration among internal teams to ensure a patient-centric culture focused on openness and accountability.
Qualifications
- A university degree in business or life sciences.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Neurology or Rare Diseases, as a Field Force, Key Account Manager, or Sales Representative.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a history of successfully executing campaigns.
- Strong insight into the Swiss customer marketplace, including key dynamics and competitors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss Healthcare System.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from CHF 99,400.00 to CHF 184,600.00. In addition to base salary, there may be eligibility for performance-based bonuses along with a variety of competitive benefits and flexible working options. This includes but is not limited to insurance and retirement plans, well-being resources, and paid parental leave.
