Overview
The Regulatory Affairs Postgraduate Training Program presents an exciting opportunity to immerse oneself in the global functions of Regulatory Affairs and Regulatory Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls. Candidates selected for this program will engage in two rotational assignments, each lasting one year, within different functions of Regulatory Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Participants in the training program will have the chance to:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to deliver strategic regulatory insights on development, submission planning, necessary documentation, timelines, and potential strategic risks.
- Assist in preparing high-quality dossiers, including documentation for drug substances and drug products, to support global regulatory submissions such as Clinical Trial Applications and Market Authorization Applications.
- Contribute to submissions and response activities, encompassing planning, preparation, review, coordination, and submission processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by promoting awareness of pertinent guidelines and facilitating the timely submission of variations.
- Support the development and maintenance of globally consistent product information.
- Engage with the Regulatory Intelligence group to analyze the EU Regulatory Framework and disseminate information within the internal Regulatory Affairs community.
- Monitor and evaluate legislation and guidelines from various sources to enhance regulatory knowledge.
Program Duration and Expectations
This training program is designed for a duration of two years, with an anticipated start date in January 2027. Key dates include:
- Deadline for submission: June 3, 2026
- Interviews: September 2026
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong interest in Regulatory Affairs and Drug Development.
- A completed MSc, PhD, or PharmD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field within the last 24 months.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A readiness to expand knowledge and an open-minded approach with a global perspective.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating effective communication with diverse individuals and various organizational levels.
