Your Responsibilities
- Drive growth and achieve revenue objectives through effective management of the sales team and direct customer engagement, employing a solution-oriented sales approach.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and ensures a strong future presence in the market.
- Utilize exceptional coaching, teaching, recruiting, and monitoring skills to maximize the potential of the sales team.
- Build and promote long-lasting internal and external relationships.
- Present revenue, profit, and cost reports to the Business Unit Director.
- Ensure efficient and transparent communication within the team and with management.
Your Profile
- Demonstrate a strong service orientation and professional demeanor that fosters sustainable customer relationships, positioning yourself as a valued point of contact.
- Possess excellent mentoring, coaching, and personnel management skills.
- Have a successful track record as a sales representative in medical technology or a related field.
- Exhibit a commitment to continuous professional development through workshops and seminars.
- Show a proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate the sales process from planning to closing.
- Possess strong business acumen and industry knowledge, preferably in orthopaedics.
- Hold a BS/MS degree in medical technology, business administration, or a related field.
- Language proficiency: Very good German skills and good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
