Role Overview
We seek dedicated and experienced professionals to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess personal recovery experience, professional competence, and a strong commitment to supporting others throughout their recovery journeys. Collaboration with medical and mental health professionals is essential to deliver comprehensive care, guidance, and encouragement to our clients.

Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of continuous abstinence from all psychoactive substances.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C2 professional proficiency); additional language skills are a plus.
- Active and ongoing involvement in personal recovery work or mutual aid groups (e.g., Narcotics Anonymous, Alcoholics Anonymous, Gamblers Anonymous).
- Strong understanding of your recovery process and the ability to articulate it effectively.
- Competent IT skills, with the ability to write reports and clinical notes.
- A high degree of professional and personal competence as an "expert from experience."
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team led by medical professionals.
- A relevant form of training or work experience.
- Capacity to engage with a culturally diverse clientele.
- A current driver’s license and willingness to drive.
- Able to commute or relocate closer to Lucerne, Switzerland.
- Willingness to work shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Eligibility for a work permit in Switzerland, with EU passport holders ideally positioned for quick processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a vital member of the clinical team, offering motivation, support, and guidance to clients on their recovery journeys, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.
- Collaborate with medical staff and colleagues to ensure integrated, holistic care, actively contributing to the implementation of client treatment plans.
- Utilize your recovery experience to inspire and guide clients, leading group sessions, and escorting clients to mutual aid groups in Zurich and Lucerne.
- Organize and supervise overnight, on-call, and weekend activities for clients.
- Digitally report and document clients’ sessions and programme-related activities, ensuring a comprehensive and organized summary of progress is maintained.
