Role Overview

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our luxury hotel team for the winter season 2025/2026. The ideal candidates will be dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional service in a refined environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcome, guide, inform, and advise clients, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
  • Present and promote the services available in our Restaurant, Bar, and Spa.
  • Assist in the preparation of arrival documentation, including client files and rooming lists.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to guest arrivals and departures.
  • Handle invoicing and payment transactions with accuracy.
  • Provide clients with information about services offered by our Collection.
  • Promote destinations within our Collection to enhance guest experiences.
  • Accompany guests to their properties in accordance with our standards.
  • Assist with clients' luggage as necessary.
  • Take reservations and manage booking requests efficiently.
  • Address client requests and complaints courteously and effectively, collaborating with various departments as needed.
  • Maintain and foster excellent relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in updating client Cardex records.
  • Facilitate external and internal telephone communications on-site.
  • Conduct property tours upon request from superiors.
  • Be available for night shifts if required by management.
