We invite dedicated and skilled individuals to become part of our shop floor across various areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Conduct technical inspections and assessments of aircraft engine assemblies, ensuring adherence to OEM specifications and engineering orders.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
• Verify modifications performed on individual parts and assemblies.
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Work independently while adopting an economical approach to problem-solving.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Completed vocational training in fields such as polymechanics, automotive, agricultural machinery, or other technical disciplines.
• Relevant experience in the Aviation or MRO industry, considered a significant advantage.
• A self-motivated attitude with a precise and accountable work ethic.
• Strong teamwork capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing demands.
• Competency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good command of English (minimum B2), with German language skills considered beneficial.
• Able to operate within a 2-shift system.
