About the Company

ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) systems of up to 500 kilograms. The company offers industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems for various mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.

Your Mission

This role entails a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring effective supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in the correct quantities and quality.
• Prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Resolve delivery issues that arise during execution.
• Execute operational procurement.
• Manage supplier communication.
• Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain supplier master data.
• Identify and escalate supply risks.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support logistics and shipment coordination.
• Assist with shipping and customs documentation as required.
• Track shipments and ensure transparency of delivery status.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers.

Competencies & Duties

This role requires independent and responsible work, with a proactive approach to communication in case of issues or the need for assistance. Compliance with ANAVIA's employment contract, safety instructions, quality manual, and corresponding process specifications is essential.

Your Profile

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience with operational buying or procurement activities.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and material flows.
• Process-oriented and structured work methods.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
