Role Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management (60%):
  • Lead the planning and execution of small to medium-sized investment projects that directly impact production and business results.
  • Conduct process engineering calculations and optimize existing plants.
  • Execute feasibility studies for new plants or modernizations, including cost estimation, scheduling, and performance validation.
  • Support the planning and execution of production adjustments and new product launches.
• Concept Development (20%):
  • Develop and evaluate potential technical solutions, weighing their advantages and disadvantages.
• Team Coordination/Resource Management (10%):
  • Procure and organize necessary internal or external resources for effective project execution within timelines.
• Process Optimization and Knowledge Transfer (10%):
  • Enhance process flows and facilitate the implementation of optimized solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Technology, or Bio/Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred).
