Your Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our turbocharger portfolio. This position involves strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a strong customer-centric approach to drive product effectiveness and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Strategy & Competitiveness: Maintain a competitive, lean, and customer-centric product portfolio while assessing performance and identifying consolidation opportunities.
  • Customer Roadmap & Market Alignment: Lead internal initiatives triggered by customer discussions, ensuring alignment of market demands with development priorities.
  • Product Development Initiation: Initiate and define new product activities based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback, ensuring commercial viability.
  • Governance & Ownership: Act as the owner of the High Speed product market strategy, maintaining its relevance and completeness.
  • Major DCR Leadership: Lead significant Design Change Request projects, managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of product modifications.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Engine, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in R&D with a focus on system-level development in turbocharger or related industries.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic portfolio management skills.
  • Project Management experience with certification (PMP, MSP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Ability to drive strategic innovation and technology foresight.
  • Experience in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration, as well as risk-based decision making.
  • A mindset centered on intellectual curiosity, innovation, and accountability for results.
