The historical Hotel Falken, a family-run establishment nestled in the picturesque Swiss Alps in Wengen, is seeking a motivated individual to become part of our dedicated team. Established in 1895, Hotel Falken fosters a familial atmosphere with a diverse and international workforce. Main Responsibilities

• Drive guests to and from the hotel and train station
• Serve as the first and last point of contact for our guests
• Assist with delivering luggage and collecting orders
• Support the housekeeping team with linen distribution, restocking supplies, and overall floor assistance
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reception, and the restaurant
• Accommodate special requests from guests
• Assist the kitchen staff as necessary

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Fluency in English with a basic understanding of German or Italian; additional languages are a bonus
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the seasonal nature of the operation
