Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients in both the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is seeking a professional to join their team in the Valais region on a 12-month contract.

Role Overview

In this position, you will build governance frameworks, performance systems, and reporting structures to align strategy, projects, and business value.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop PMO processes, governance, and tools from scratch.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure transparency and delivery excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
• Proven PMO or portfolio management experience.
• Strong expertise in governance, controls, and performance frameworks.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and organizational change.
• Familiar with PM tools such as MS Project, Power BI, and Jira.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies.
• Experience in scalable PMO implementations for growing organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management approaches.
