PHYSIOZH is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy to enhance our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities

• Engage throughout the rehabilitation process, focusing on injury prevention, risk reduction, performance testing, data analysis, and return-to-sport decision-making.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs grounded in the latest scientific evidence in Strength & Conditioning and sports medicine.
• Collaborate with sports clubs and organizations within the performing arts sector, fostering partnerships that benefit both athletes and practitioners.
• Contribute to the education of future physiotherapy professionals by supervising and mentoring students during internships.

Education & Certification

• Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with a Master's degree or higher academic qualification (PhD, Doctorate)
  • Certification in Strength & Conditioning (e.g., CSCS)
  • Proficient in German (minimum B2, preferably C1)
  • Proficient in English (minimum C1)
  • SRK recognition or a positive SRK PreCheck
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate education in Sports Physiotherapy and/or Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation
  • First Aid and/or BLSD certification
  • Experience with Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training
  • Training and experience in Manual Therapy
  • Experience with performance testing technologies and data interpretation
  • Endurance performance assessment experience, including VO₂max and/or lactate testing

Professional Experience

• Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum two years of clinical experience in an outpatient physiotherapy setting
  • Experience in team sports and/or performing arts environments
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring within physiotherapy education
• Desirable Experience:
  • Collaboration with physiotherapy educational institutions in German-speaking Switzerland
  • Research experience involving athlete testing and performance analysis

Key Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing musculoskeletal conditions and identifying appropriate referral pathways.
• Proficiency in functional assessment, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and clinical reasoning.
• Skill in manual therapy and sports injury management, including advanced sports taping techniques.
• Ability to design and progress rehabilitation programs that integrate Strength & Conditioning principles.
• Competence in return-to-sport planning and objective performance monitoring.

Position Requirements

• 100% employment workload with a start date in September 2026 (SRK recognition or positive SRK PreCheck required).
• Availability to provide physiotherapy services for partner sports clubs and participate in pitch-side coverage during weekends.
• Willingness to work at least three evenings per week, including commitments within the performing arts sector.
