High-Volume Pharmacy Operations Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the area of diabetes care, by ensuring the accuracy and compliance of prescription and shipping labels.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate and print accurate prescription labels using the order portal and PK database.
• Ensure all labels include current and correct medication details, such as lot numbers, expiration dates, NDC codes, barcodes, and regulatory information.
• Perform quality checks to verify label accuracy before printing and distribution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to label printing, including formatting errors, missing data, or printer malfunctions.
• Utilize the UPS WorldShip application to create a minimum of 350 accurate shipping labels daily.
• Verify shipping addresses, package weights, and contents to ensure compliance and prevent misdelivery.
• Complete End-of-Day processing to submit shipping data to UPS, ensuring proper logging and tracking of shipments.

Skills and Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using databases and shipping software, such as UPS WorldShip.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to label generation and printing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume tasks efficiently.
