Role Overview
As a key member within Group Marketing, you'll collaborate across various business units, working alongside a talented team of digital and performance marketing experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Search Engine Advertising efforts for diverse SMG brands.
- Engage with other digital marketing channels, including Social ads, programmatic, and display, with readiness to support additional channels as needed.
- Drive performance by monitoring, analyzing, and recommending optimization and growth opportunities, maintaining a robust testing mindset.
- Challenge existing norms and contribute positively to optimizing processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with brands to achieve marketing objectives while implementing digital marketing best practices.
- Work closely with various marketing professionals, focusing on ad product and creative innovation, audience and data strategy, as well as measurement and attribution opportunities.
Qualifications
- Native German speaker with fluency in English.
- Over 6 years of experience across digital channels, with a strong emphasis on Paid Search.
- Proven track record in Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Marketing platform (SA360, DV360, CM360).
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in feed management tools, particularly with Google Shopping.
- A strong service mindset, flexibility, and comfort with shifting priorities when collaborating with stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solver with exceptional troubleshooting skills and a reliable attitude.
- Excellent project management abilities, highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
