Position Overview

We are looking to strengthen our team with a paralegal, working at a workload of 60% (minimum) to 100% (preferred). The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing various responsibilities while contributing to the dynamic environment of our firm.

Main Responsibilities

• Deadline docketing, management, and monitoring
• Independent file management, supporting legal matters, preparing and filing applications
• Multilingual correspondence with clients, authorities, attorneys, and agents
• Schedule planning, organization of meetings, internal events, lectures, and business trips
• Accounting tasks

Qualifications

• Paralegal diploma or equivalent diploma and/or professional experience in patents and trademarks within a law firm
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Very good written and spoken German language skills
• Proficiency in French
• Trustworthiness, reliability, and discretion
• Precise and structured work approach
• Team spirit and dynamism
• Up-to-date computer skills and excellent organizational skills
