Exciting Opportunity to Shape Digital Communication
Join a dynamic team and take an active role in enhancing our online presence. You will play a crucial part in developing our website and newsletter communication, contributing to the overall success of our digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the OEKO-TEX.com website, ensuring optimal performance and exceptional user experience.
- Create, edit, and implement digital content, including copy texts, calls to action, online services, forms, landing pages, and newsletters.
- Coordinate translations for diverse content to reach a broader audience.
- Optimize SEO/SEA efforts in collaboration with analytics experts.
- Lead online lead generation initiatives, particularly focusing on newsletter outreach, alongside the marketing team.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with defined goals and KPIs.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, implementing corresponding optimizations for the OEKO-TEX® website.
- Collaborate and provide support in various overarching marketing projects.
Ideal Profile
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management in an international setting, preferably within the textile industry.
- Completion of marketing-related training or studies (FH, university) with an emphasis on digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of CMS, preferably TYPO3.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in leading agencies successfully.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Strong team orientation, with a collaborative spirit and appreciation for diverse cultures.
- A resilient, creative, and motivated attitude with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Miro, Asana, Photoshop, and InDesign is desirable.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
