Project Overview

In March 2025, Pomoca implemented a new ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing initially on finance, commerce, and payroll. The complete implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is set to take place in 2026, with key responsibilities on ensuring data quality and optimal MRP settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand MRP logic in Business Central and its parameters.
• Configure MRP to achieve optimal results aligned with company needs.
• Ensure data quality in the item MasterData, including bill of materials and routings.
• Execute and manage the MRP process to generate purchase and production orders based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and stock levels.
• Analyze material availability and recommend measures to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Maintain relevant master data for planning, including lead times, safety stock, and order quantities.
• Work closely with procurement, production scheduling, sales, and warehouse teams to align procurement requirements with delivery schedules.
• Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) by providing accurate material and production planning information; organize the monthly S&OP meeting.
• Identify and implement improvements in MRP and planning workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Education in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in MRP/production planning or supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Possess a digital mindset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production flows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in French (working language) and English.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in the sporting goods or textile industry, a passion for mountain/outdoor sports, and proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI.
