About Us
Established in 2004, Mercuria stands as one of the foremost integrated energy and commodity trading companies globally. We unite energy markets to address contemporary needs through trading, structuring finance, and investing in strategic assets, generating over $110 billion in turnover.
Our operations extend across more than 50 countries on five continents, encompassing all major energy hubs. From locations such as Geneva, London, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Dubai, Houston, Calgary, and Greenwich (CT), we trade physical oil, energy products, environmental products, and various commodities.
Mercuria is dedicated to fostering a sustainable, affordable, and reliable energy system for the future. Currently, over 50% of our assets are allocated to low carbon and energy transition sectors, establishing a solid foundation to engage with these emerging markets and support decarbonization efforts.
In 2023, we launched Silvania, a $500 million fund focused on the global restoration and protection of nature and biodiversity, aligning with the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN 30x30 biodiversity initiative. This innovative asset class promotes nature protection while delivering sustainable financial returns.
